5Love these products, my number one go to for gym gear and supplements..! Clothing is amazing, esp the leggings being squat proof.! And they stay up on you while running not like others that you have to keep pulling up.!

4Been using for a week taking 2 tablets with breakfast and lunch and seem to be working and I have definitely noticed a difference. has anyone else suffered stomach cramps from using these? I don’t think it is the CLA’s but just wanted to know if anyone else had side effects? Goes Well With:Water

Just bought these.
3Just decided to get back into training after belly fat got the best of me. Have been taking the following : Breakfast: x2 CLA x2 L Carnatine 1x Green Tea Extract Dinner: x2 CLA x2 L Carnatine 1x fish oil bed: x2 CLA x2 L Carnatine x2 zma (gives me nightmares) Only been taking for 2 weeks not seen much diff as yet will stick with it, Am i taking too much? it says take 2 tables once a day on bottle.

5I have used CLA on and off for the past seven years. I have tried both powder and tablet form and my personal preference is powder as I have more control of the dose. That been said, the ease of the tablet is the reason I have switch. We all have blips in training and have to work hard to get back in shape. In conjunction with L-carnitine and Thermopure tablets, I have seen my body fat levels slowly come down. Most importantly, I have finally started to shift in abdominal fat, it's always the last to go! I'm not saying it's all the supplements but I've finally hit a sweet spot with training and nutrition where I'm getting the results I want. Goes Well With:L-Carnitine tablets, Thermopure, Water, Cardio

Waste of money
1Looking for a fat loss supplement and read the reviews for cla. All seemed really positive so thought I’d give them a go, I’m already pretty lean and wanted to lose the last little bit on my stomach. Have finished 1 bottle of these and honestly I don’t think they’ve made any difference at all. Only good thing was I got them on a deal so haven’t lost to much money. Kept training and LCHF diet the same so unfortunately they haven’t lived up to the expectation. Big capsules to swallow also.

5If you on diet, have your excersies programm and use CLA, it works!!!! Definitely recommend!!! Don't wonder if it not works, if you do NOTHING and waiting for miracle... I use CLA couple years and it helps me to stay lean. Very good price!

5Started taking these two weeks ago along with starting a diet and lost 6lb in weight already. Only exercise i have done is walk everywhere instead of driving. Easy to swalliw tablets and no after taste to them. Definately recommend to others
