5I would recommend it to anyone trying to lose weight. Along with lcarnitine and green tea extract it improved my weight loss journey. There is no magic way to lose weight without doing exercise and calorie deficit, but it was going way better with these products compared to doing everything just purely with calorie deficit and exercise.
