Good supplement
5Ok so these capsules are big to swallow but worth the benefit. They are not miracle capsules but help if you’re eating right and working out. I have one before each main meal with a Thermopure. Goes Well With:Thermopure

Very good
5I was using for one week and used to get leg pains when walking from high cholesterol in the muscle shin splints but since taking these pills the pain went away.so they definately affect cholesterol levels and stubborn belly fat.

5Great supplement does exactly what it says , can also realise when you don’t take them how much they do really help would 100% recommend for someone who doesn’t like bloating and wants to get all the good products in there diet Goes Well With:Anything really, if you take other tablets you can mix in with no problem at all

Worth it
5In the last year or so, I have been putting a lot of effort into my fitness journey and been recommended by my pt to start taking these to help me with weight loss. I have been taking them for the last few months and they have definitely worked. Goes Well With:Thermopure and green tea extract

A must before my workout
5I’m an avid spinner on the bike at the gym and these are my must have before I work out. I take one half hour before my session and I’m on my 3rd month of using these and feel they benefit tremendously. I take another one before a meal as I don’t know why but feel they aid my digestion and metabolism. I’ve list two stone and now have muscle and stamina !! Goes Well With:Thermopure
