4Tastes great, has definitely improved results from weight lifting Goes Well With:I just have water I don't like high maintenance shakes so this is refreshing.

Great innovative alternative - try the flavour samples before committing to one flavour
5I am lactose intolerant to normal protein so I have to go for vegan protein options. I personally find it difficult to consume a protein shake every day for my daily protein intake as the vanilla/creamy shakes can be sickly after a while, so I was so happy to find this clear protein alternative! I bought some sample flavours because I made the mistake of buying a big bag of something before and hated the flavour - I bought blackcurrant, lemon & lime, and pineapple & grapefruit to try. I'd give P&G and Blackcurrant a 4/10 for flavour - too sickly sweet and artificial with a hint of bitterness aftertaste from the protein/additional ingredients. Lemon and Lime is the most refreshing, not too sweet/sickly flavour and I cannot taste any bitter/medicinal aftertaste like the others. I would compare it to lemon & lime cordial and is refreshing any time of the day:) The clear protein is amazing if you're anything like me - and obviously to each their own in preference, but I couldn't even finish my bottle of the other two flavours so I would highly recommend the Lemon and Lime if you're looking to try this. Goes Well With:Add more water (they recommend 350ml but I would go for 500ml) to weaken the sweetness and add ice to dilute even more and keep it refreshing.

Finally a refreshing protein
5For me it's a game changer and won't be going back to the heavy traditional proteins. Being dairy intolerant I'd previously have the protein blends that, even when mixed with just water, end up clumpy and heavy. They're like a meal in themselves. This is great - light and refreshing and akin to having squash. Also no clumps! Not been using it long so can't be sure on results but each scoop is lower on protein and it is more expensive.

New addiction
5Have the pineapple and grape fruit every month with an orange fizzy multi-vitamin and some apple apple cider vinegar. AMAZING! Raspberry mojito is also great especially in the evening (doing dry January).Goes Well With:Little apple cider vinegar for more of a kick.

Slight disappointment
3The flavour was alright. Nothing special and not quite what I had expected. I also felt quite disappointed in the 10grams of protein per shake?? Normally it’s expected a drink has approximately 20 grams. This only had 10.

Slightly too sweet but great product
4Love the concept - it mixes well with water and is easy to top up your protein intake. My only criticisms are that the lemon and lime is sweeter and more artificial tasting than I expected and the protein content is only 10g. For the price I’d have hoped for a higher level of protein.

Sorry its grim
1Unfortunately this is definitely not to my taste, mixes terribly, very sweet and tastes horrific. If you have covid and lost your taste you’ll be fine otherwise keep scrolling to an alternative. Goes Well With:A bin

Really not nice
1Man I was disappointed because I really love watermelon flavours but this tasted really chemical. I would not describe it as watermelon just nasty. It also really doesn’t mix well.
