4I’m no expert on fitness but I was feeling drained after a week of commuting by bicycle. This helps me recover and the lemon and lime is refreshing and tasty to boot. Goes Well With:Cold water and a 5 minute stretch

5This is a great way to take on a bit of extra protein and also electrolytes. I use this product all the time as I'm a fitness instructor. I drink it while teaching, so it works really well. Great flavour, goes a bit frothy at first but then settles. I also love the pink grapefruit. Just wish there was more flavours available. Goes Well With:Clear Protein

Pretty decent
4I got the pink grapefruit flavour, could use some zing, But has a light recognisable flavour. It mixed alright with lots of ice. Couldn’t be sure how it is without. Great for cardio replenishing electrolytes but you could get the same effect from some juice.Goes Well With:Ice

Does the job, but wouldn’t buy again
3All the clear wheys (I’ve purchased almost every flavour that has came out) mix really badly. Loads of foam and pretty much all of the bar the orange and mango have a strange chemical type of taste to them. It’s just not pleasant. Does the job and macros are great but it’s just a shame the taste isn’t the best. Tried - dragonfruit, watermelon, bitter lemon, pink grapefruit, Vimto, pineapple, apple, orange and mango, peach tea and the other peach one. Best ones I’ve tried were the peach ones, and orange and mango. The rest are poor for taste. Goes Well With:Water
