Plenty of water
2You need at least 500ml of water to make it drinkable, otherwise the taste is very chemically. It made me feel sick personally the first time, with 400ml of water

Tastes pretty good
4I only use this once a week as a treat to myself after a hard workout, fill it up a little over what's recommended or else it tasted very strong

Great shake
4Is a great protein shake. tastes just like Parma violet sweets, flavour is a little overpowering with just 400ml of water so increased onto 600ml and its brilliant Goes Well With:Water

Tastes like soap
1I love the clear whey isolate but this bad boy is terrible, tastes like the soap your name used to wash your mouth out with as a kid (if you were unfortunate enough to grow up with an angry nan and a bar of imperial leather.) Really disappointed with the taste, it’s almost inedible.Goes Well With:The plug hole.

Not pleasant - Drumstick flavour
1I ABSOLUTELY love the clear isolate protein powders, so thought this would be lush! However, this new edition of Drumstick is not the best, and worse than the Refreshers one. Very chemically and doesn't resemble much of Drumsticks at all. It's not even nice with anything mixed in. Try one of the original flavours, but stay away from these special editions.

Refreshers flavour - not refreshing
1I ABSOLUTELY love the clear isolate protein powders, so thought this would be lush! However, this new edition of Refreshers is not the best. Very chemically and doesn't resemble much of refreshers. Its quite patentable though with a powder energy drink type mixer though! Blue Raspberry I used. Try one of the original flavours, but stay away from these special editions.

Great, but not enough
4This product is really good. It tastes nice, mixes well and can drank at any time day/night. I liked the fact it tastes like a cordial and mixed with some ice it’s perfect and an alternative to drinking a ‘milky’ type protein shake. My main criticism is that only 10-12 servings in a tub simply isn’t enough for the price. If there were more servings I would definitely make it a regular purchase.
