5When you're lazy and you don't want to mix anything and you just want to take a bottle and drink that's your pic it's expensive but so worth it for on the go busy people if you can afford it big difference for many other protein powder you need to mix

4Great ready made drink. Although can sometimes be a little powdery in taste and leave a funny after taste. I've found shaking well and keeping them cold in the fridge makes them taste slightly better.
