5Taste is good no bad after taste. I would recommend pineapple or peach tea. Mixes well enough but sometimes residue round the mouth piece and its lid in my shakers. Good for summer/lighter alternative.

cranberry and raspberry clear whey
5tastes just like juice, cant believe it has so much protein, really good at getting rid of a craving for something sweet, only problem that i’ve had personally is that it doesn’t mix very well and sometimes it dries my mouth out a little when i drink it.Goes Well With:pretty much anything to be honest, just like having a glass of juice.

Great once you find your flavour(s)
4Over the years I’ve tried a lot of the flavours, some are great and some I couldn’t t stomach, I’d suggest a sample pack initially, find the one(s) you like and hit your macros with ease. Tropical dragonfruit, raspberry lemonade and vimto (when it’s stocked) are my go to flavours. Calorie/protein is really good and I find them refreshing.

Excellent Product
5I have a selection of flavours, all of which are nice but my favourite is Watermelon. Easy to make, without any lumps or powder residue. Only complaint is the scoop, instructions show a picture of one scoop, however the written advice is 25g per 400ml. The scoops hold 50g+. So glad I double checked as I'd have been using way too much. Great product, will buy again. Goes Well With:Add Ice for extra refreshing drink.
