5This powder mixes so well I use a metal agitator ball in my container to assist with this. I let it settle and I cool in the fridge and it is so refreshing. I bought the taster box to determine the flavours that suited me and this was ideal and the box is a good value product. I would highly recommend I prepare 2 one for before the gym and one for after really is exceptional.Goes Well With:I do like to add frozen berries as grab and go in the morning.

Life saver
5It might sound a bit extreme, to title my review as a life saver but it really has been. I’ve recently had bariatric surgery and I’m required to intake approximately 80-100g protein daily. Straight after surgery when you can only have fluids and can only intake small amounts this has been my saviour. Even more now on the puréed food stage it’s harder to get in the protein needed in food, it was easier with shakes. Having this that I can sip on all day is perfect. To get in 20g of protein with only the 400ml of water is amazing and it also makes it easier to get in the 1.5-2 litres of fluid I need daily. My favourite flavour is the orange and mango and I’ve just received another 4 tubs this morning. I would have really struggled in a lot of ways without it.

Love these!
5Much prefer these to the “standard” powders - better taste, much lighter and mixes super well. Especially as it gets warmer they’re a great option.
