Great capsules
Easy to take soft gel caps. Very happy with the product. No more gagging for me hated taking raw coconut so these are brilliant.

My friend recently got me some of these for the MCT coconut oil provides ( I prefer to eat Higher fat breakfasts as it just gives me more energy throughout the day) and I found that regular coconut oil is hard to consume due to the solubility it has - these pills are great and provides the same benefits that I look for in regular coconut oil Goes Well With:Anything -m
