For Those Who Don't Just Use Google...
5For the many who have asked via reviews what type of collagen is in this and which amino acids it contains, and can't be bothered to google it..... all Bovine Collagen Peptides contain Type I and Type III collagen; plus the amino acids L-Glycine, L-Proline, L-Alanine, L-Hydroxyproline, L-Glutamic Acid, L-Arginine, L-Aspartic Acid, L-Serine, L-Lysine, L-Leucine, L-Valine, L-Threonine, L-Phenylalanine, L-Isoleucine, L-Hydroxylysine, L-Methionine, L-Histidine, L-Tyrosine, L-Cysteine. Now for my actual review - the unflavoured version has very little taste, and mixes really well with warm liquids. I never mix it with boiling/near boiling water as the high heat is likely to destroy some of the cellular structure/benefits. I either wait until my coffee/green tea has cooled before mixing it in, or add it to cold lemon water to make a healthier version of a protein shake (which does need a decent amount of shaking to get it to blend fully). I feel that taking 20-30g a day regularly for at least a month does lead to self-perceived visual improvement in the plumpness of my skin (there are no peer reviewed, scientific studies yet into the effectiveness of ingesting collagen to prove is has a direct improvement of skin condition - but many visual self-assessments report the same as I do, in that you can see for yourself that it helps.Goes Well With:Warm water, soup, coffee, tea

5Love this powder unflavoured mixes really well into my coffee and has no taste at all in coffee, I haven’t mixed it with anything else but would highly recommend Goes Well With:Coffee
