Great Breakfast
5Initially I wasn't keen on the taste and it doesn't mix well in a shaker,,,but I use blender (nutribullet type) and through in a frozen strawberry or two, its great!! Its quick, easy, works perfectly for my nutrition goals and busy mornings.Goes Well With:frozen fruit, or even an ice cube or two, blended.

Strawberry total breakfast
3I have used it religiously for over a year, its amazing and a great supplement! Very upsetting that it has been out of stock for over 3 weeks now but yet nothing has been done about it?

5I have been using this shake for some Time now. I love the Vanilla and Strawberry flavours. They mix perfectly and are nice and thick. I make with 450ml of skimmed milk and 70g of the powder and am always full up for a few hours after. This is probably why this is out of stock quite regularly. I’m nearly out of my current stock and need to order some more ASAP.

best breakfast ever
52.5 scoops + blueberries + half a banana + skimmed milk and blend = the perfect breakfast. but - why is it so regularly out of stock?

Vanilla - amazing after taste
5At first using the recomended 2.5 scoops it was way too thick. 1 and a half to 2 scoops, thrown into a cheap blender with milk and it tastes amazing. I've only ever used the vanilla but it has an amazing oaty vanilla aftertaste which is by far my favourite out of any shake.Goes Well With:Creatine

Not good!
1Not a very good shake at all worst 1 i have ever ordered. Way too thick and lumpy it's a struggle to get down! And that's going by the label! Would be great if they mention the thickness of each shake on the site as Well that would help alot of people. Goes Well With:Glass of water on the side

Total Breakfast Vanilla
5Like other reviewers I mix it the night before and put it in the fridge and no lumps in the morning, just give it a shake. However, I mix it with Almond Milk, unsweetened and creates a nice shake consistency. I use one scoop and put in one of those soup mugs. Definitely quick and easy and keeps me going through the morning. Might have a bit of fruit bu that's it till lunchtime.
