Effective
5First time taking creatine but already feel like I notice a difference 2 weeks in. Definitely seen some faster improvements. Pill form is a lot more convenient and perfect for dosage control. Did seem to sometimes get some stomach discomfort if taken without food, since only consuming with lunch and dinner I have had no problems. Will buy again.

Awful - Avoid.
1The Creapure® Micronised Creatine Capsules make me feel awful, been on them 3 days and I get heart palpitations and generally feel unwell. Even though I'm drinking a lot of water. I purchased these as the regular creatine capsules are quite big and difficult to swallow however I had no side effects with the originals. I shall be binning these and asking for my money back.

We all love creatine
5Honestly gave me a boost on lifts instantly and made me feel like I was recovering faster, not sure how much better this is than the usual one but I will be buying againGoes Well With:Bodybuilding

Great, better than standard Mono creatine
5Standard monohydrate crea's gives me banging headaches. This stuff is great, haven't experienced any since taking them.Goes Well With:Electrolyte tabs

Huge difference
5I bought these in a big order for my partner who can't praise them enough. Feels like he's had huge gains recently after loading up for a couple weeks and has now dropped his dosage down. He's already got a request in for more on the next order!
