Taste great
These taste great but it’s hard to get 7 down as a portion! They taste better than other creatine options I’ve had but it’s difficult to eat all 7 in order to get your full creatine hit as they are very yummy so I try and spread them out over the day before heading to the gym!

Sort of works
So it’s a bit tedious having to take 6 for a total of 3mg considering my there is gummies that have 5mg in 1, sort of my bad should of read into the description a little more deeper to ensure the dosages etc… but overall taste is nice but having to chew 6 of these on top of multivitamins and other supplements feels like a chore when you have to take so much for so little.

No calorie information, full of sugar
This product has no calorie information, and the main ingredients are glucose and sugar, therefore you are just eating sweets. No good for a fitness product or if you are atall calorie conscious. Wasted my money on these unfortunately.

They seem to be working, great supplement to take if taking the powdered form isn’t for you.. don’t think they’re as effective as powder BUT they do work!
