4Very tasty! Easy to eat. Unsure if 6 a day is enough as it only equals out to 3000grams a day. Would definitely buy them again. Goes Well With:Water or on its own as they’re like sweets!

5Quick and easy. Six gummies per day I usually do 3 in the morning and then afternoon. No mixing just chewing. Very convenient. Training I can’t say as only started taking these. Taste great tho like a lemon fruit pastel

3Despite being expensive, this is a very good product as the gummies are just like eating sweets and actually taste nice compared to other products I’ve tried before and is much nicer than mixing creative powder into a drink. The only downside is the price as you only get around 15 days worth of gummies in the tub but if you can afford I would reccomend.
