A worthwhile purchase
5I have been taking it for a few weeks now and find myself more energised during workouts and beginning to notice improvements in my muscles.

Unreal results
5After the first week of taking it I could immediately see and feel the benefits. I was recovering quicker and feeling stronger where I was getting back up to my old weights again. I also felt and looked bigger (more filled out) which was what I was looking for as I need to put my weight back on for rugby. 100% would recommend especially at this price!Goes Well With:MyProtein pre workout or impact weigh isolate protein powder. If not try juice as it takes away the taste that any type of creatine has and makes it more enjoyable.

Amazing
5So glad I bought this. I bought the unflavoured creative and I was sceptical that it would taste powdery but was pleasantly surprised to find that it had no flavour at all, it mixes extremely well and I noticed increases in my bench press very quickly. Would definitely recommend Goes Well With:Essential BCAAs (blue raspberry) and pre workout (blue raspberry)

5Always purchase this as it’s so good for giving that extra push of energy after a long day at work! Mixes well with post workout powders and you can’t taste it but you definitely feel it :)

5Excellent product, reasonably priced and very effective. I noticed the effects quite quickly, my muscles felt fuller and I was a little stronger. I take it at the same time every evening and mix it with My Protein Whey Isolate protein powder.
