Just what I needed
I tried out the Tropical flavour to first try it, and it tastes just like orange juice! It mixes really well, does the job and the pack is small and not bulky meaning I can stick it in my gym bag to make up in the changing room before leaving.

Does the job
Not usually one for writing reviews, but since I have been having a scoop of this every day, I suffer way less with DOMS, and don't have that nasty ache for the days after working out certain areas (you know, walking upstairs, opening a door, etc!). I mix a scoop of the tropical flavour with a portion of Green Superfood blend (peach flavour) to make sure I stay on top of things. 20 seconds out of my day and it's done!
