Great product
5Really useful for recovery to be ready to go 100% the next day after heavy lifting. Got the unflavoured, can add to protein shake as long as I add more water and it doesn't change the taste. Great value for money and would highly recommend.

5I was hesitant to buy creatine because I heard mixed things about it but now I’m just annoyed I didn’t buy it sooner. The blue raspberry flavour tastes so good and I can 100% feel a difference in myself.

4Does what you want it to do, great price, can be a bit chalky but I tend to mix with a pint of water and a berocca each morning for a good start to the day

5This is the only creatine I will use now. I personally prefer the unflavoured version, you get a slight after taste but it's not too overpowering. I find this really helps improve my performance in my workouts.

4Nothing crazy just plain creatine. Tbh haven't noticed any difference but still take it because even a little bit helps

Does the job but take it easy
3It does the job. Definitely feel an Improvement in my performance but in most cases stick to the recommended dose. More does not always mean better with this one. Get blood tested for kidney function before taking long term aswell.
