4Nothing crazy just plain creatine. Tbh haven't noticed any difference but still take it because even a little bit helps

Does the job but take it easy
3It does the job. Definitely feel an Improvement in my performance but in most cases stick to the recommended dose. More does not always mean better with this one. Get blood tested for kidney function before taking long term aswell.

Overall great product
5Cheap, easy to use however I would recommend buying the flavoured one as it just tastes better

Unique taste!
5I usually take clear, flavourless protein however this was on offer so thought I’d give it a whirl! It’s like drinking squash, I really like the flavour but some might find it too sweet I take this every day with water & I definitely feel like my muscles recover quicker

Blue Raspberry - amazing no faults
5Blue Raspberry: mixes well, tastes great, no complaints at all - 5*** Tastes like Blue Raspberry, mixes really well even without a proper shakedown bottle but I use the metal ball one and works totally fine. No clumps, nice and cheap as creatine is, no issues or complaints.

Excelent aquisition
5Starting with the purchase platform, the way to purchase the product is very easy and intuitive. Regarding delivery, it was very fast and on time. Regarding the product, I found the flavor to be very good, reminiscent of passion fruit and it diluted easily. I did the decantation test to see if it is of good quality and I believe it passed the test, but I am not a professional to attest 100%. Overall, I believe it was an excellent purchase and I will definitely continue buying it.

Mixes very well and hardly noticeable
4I usually drink it in my shaker with milk and I can hardly notice its there. Difficult to tell if its placebo or creatine but somethings working since the 110kg bench is moving.

Pretty Good
5Dissolves nicely, doesn’t make it taste chalky either. Would be 6 stars if it came in a tub
