Decent tasting does the job

5Really great, I was worried whether or not it would agree with my tummy or taste weird. I got specifically as I have EDS , no complaints, I can't taste it in water and it agreed with my digestive system, I take after excercise, all good. Goes Well With:Water or flavoured juice

Effective nutrition at a very reasonable price!
5I had never tried Creatine before, now I'll never train without it! I used to only use protein but had a free gift with my last order so tried the creatine, the pump has never been so good and I have that extra fuel in the tank for a few more reps but stay consistent with it, I take one scoop with my morning protein shake everyday, I missed a day or two and noticed the difference when back to training.Goes Well With:Goes brilliantly with the myprotein banana flavoured whey protein as it's unflavoured you don't even notice it in there!

Great flavour
5Natural chocolate is a solid flavour, tastes great just on its own or can be used on porridge for an extra protein kick and I also love it in a smoothie with half a banana, 250ml of almond milk, tablespoon of peanut butter. Delicious. Ultimately it's really helping me reach my protein goals during my fitness journey.

Tropical flavour
4Don't go for tropical flavour its horrible. Berry is so far the bestGoes Well With:150ml of water insteas of 200ml

5I feel much more confident since taking creatine. It mixes well and doesn’t feel as sandy as it used to. Goes Well With:It goes well with Vimto clear whey with ice cubes and cold water, especially on a warm day.
