5Great creatine, does what it says on the tin. Well worth taking for gym performance and brain function, bargain for the price. Goes Well With:I mix it with my greek yogurt or just throw it in some water/juice.

5I got given this as a gift about 2 years ago and loved how much it has helped me so since then i have been buying it every time i run out and it works wonders. I definitely recommend it to someone who is looking to recover quicker and see more muscle progress
