5It’s creatine monohydrate, it’s all you need, none of that nonsense other creatine they try and flog that does nothing and has actually less benefits. Tasteless powder that mixes in my shaker without the ball, I use squash in my shaker throughout the day and mixes fine with no weird taste.Goes Well With:All the benefits, cheap, not being an idiot and buying other types of creatine.
