5I bought Creatine monohydrate as I recently began going gym, I started taking creatine because in my first few weeks of going to the gym I wasn’t really seeing progress but then I began taking My proteins Creatine monohydrate and within a week I could see the difference it made to my gym workouts, it increased my endurance on my cardio days, and has helped me tone and build muscle much more quicker so if anyone goes gym and wants results quickly I would highly recommend taking My proteins Creatine monohydrate.Goes Well With:Creatine monohydrate goes well with water, and if you get the unflavoured one it goes well with a dilute such as squash.

The perfect addition to any order
5This product is great value for money, not only was the delivery super quick but the product is ace, mixes in so well and with the texture being so fine you don't even notice it when drinking - others I have found to be a little 'grainy' in texture but not this one. Goes Well With:Every drink mix (I get unflavoured)

Great taste
5I have brought creative from other companies and all of them taste weird and I struggle to take it. This tastes great and is not a chore to drink. I am a long haul flight attendant and struggle with my recovery from weight training due to lack of sleep but creating really helps.

Creatine Powder
5Unflavoured has no taste so can go with anything. In my experience it mixes better with milk so I tend to just throw it in a shake. Goes Well With:Whey protein and milk.

5Effective and good value for the amount I got! Flavourless too so it goes with pretty much anything making it easy to make sure I have it enough.Goes Well With:A shake after a workout or in a cup with coffee.
