Amazing
5I was really hesitant on getting it as I'd never tried anything like it before in terms of supplements but it's amazing! I got the unflavoured version and u can't tell its my drinks it mixes well so there's no clumps when I add it to my water or a protein shake. I've already noticed I'm looking more toned too and I hit a new bench pr after using it for a while. I highly recommend for anyone wanting to increase strength or even wanting to look more toned.

5An everyday essential in my fitness regime, perfect to use all year round , keeping them muscles full and firing on all cylinders primed for when i hit the weights. The science and studies dont lie and havent changed for yeara since the use of creatine started , highly reccomended supplement and my protein creatine takes top spot for pure effectiveness and best of all mixability, nothing worse than lumps in your shake , none of them issues hereGoes Well With:Pre workout formula or postworkout shake or even just with juice , can be mixed well with anything
