5I use to take creatine quite a lot from pre covid to just after… wasn’t the best stuff and didn’t mix well! However, this creatine that I use from Myprotein is so much easier to mix and I got the tasteless one so I think it’s easier to have… will buy again Goes Well With:Any type of juice / smoothies / granola and yogurt

Creatine, what else?
5It does what I expected it to. Been consuming 5g per day for 2 weeks now and all my lifts have gone up, I look bigger, my body weight has gone up, but I look leaner. I have it with my morning protein shake. The first few times I didn't have it with food, I just shotted it with water to get it down, but found that it then comes straight out the other end, fast!Goes Well With:a meal or in a shake
