5First purchase of creatine powder and very impressed with it. Since taking creatine i have more energy and strength when at the gym and seem to be able to lift heavier. Would recommend it.

4Okay I’ll admit I didn’t do enough reading up on Creatine before starting to take it during my workouts. I knew the basics of how it would improve my performance and strength etc and it’s very very good for keeping you going during a workout but I had no idea about the intense bloating and weight gain you get in the first couple weeks of use!! I gained 5lbs within a week, blew up like a balloon and could hardly fit into my jeans because my stomach looked like I was 7 months pregnant. It REALLY demotivated me until somebody told me it was the Creatine. I would 100% prepare yourself for this side effect and make sure you increase your water intake. I took 3G a day for a week and now take even less just to curb the bloating a bit. It doesn’t mix great within drinks but I can admit it’s good to get you through your workouts. Just be prepared to feel pregnant for a while!!Goes Well With:Flavoured water

Strange taste
3I bought the berry flavour and find it to have a strange taste. I’m not sure how to describe it. However it mixes well. I’ve been told to get the flavourless and add it to a protein shake which I might try next to get everything drank in one.Goes Well With:Water

5Really good product especially for the price! Tastes like nothing which is great as it’s unflavoured, however I would recommend mixing with warm water so it all dissolves! Amazing Goes Well With:Water and diluting juice!
