Extremely cost effective
4I bought 1kg of this Creatine Monohydrate powder (unflavoured). I prefer to take creatine after my training sessions in my post-workout shake (my go to ingredients are: milk, whey, oats, cocoa powder, peanut butter, golden syrup and ice cubes, plus 3g of creatine - all blitzed with an electric blender). Research suggests that taking creatine after training and not in a mix with caffeine is the best approach. I stopped taking creatine over Xmas and the New Year, so it will take a few weeks for my muscles to reach saturation if I only take 3g per day. I find having 'loading' phase where you take more than 3g a day does risk a stomache upset, so I prefer to be patient. Adding the creatine to a shake means that you can't taste it at all and it takes no more time or thought. Given the discount I received at the time of purchase this was an extremely cost-effective way to buy creatine. The kilogram bag will last me a long while.Goes Well With:Post-Workout 'bulk' shake.

Bad taste
2Good creatine but always just buy the unflovored because the tropical taste is so strong and sweet it just very bad :(

Creatine powder
5I put it in chocolate whey protein shakes made with milk, and clear whey protein shakes before my workouts and I feel like I can lift a lot more and recover faster I have compared it with days off it and days on it and I think its very good. Also I get unflavoured and when I have it in my shakes you cant even tell any difference when drinking.Goes Well With:Protein shakes of any variety

Cheap creatine
