Decent Product
3First of all the tropical flavour in my opinion is absolutely awful and it was actually hard to stomach, i really regret not picking unflavoured. The effectiveness personally wasn’t too effective on me but varies person to person. Brilliant price though but I highly recommend choosing unflavoured.

Great Product
5This is a fantastic product, i have been using it for years. I used to buy the more expensive Creapure but moved to this and honestly don't notice the difference. Can be a little difficult to mix so when taking it before the gym i just mix it with some hot water from the kettle and add some cold once it is dissolved. Or alternatively just mix it in with a protein shake, but some of the creatine does often get left in the bottom of the shaker (just add some extra water, swill and drink again).

5Hey. Good creatine, without bitterness and lumps, is as good as any other creatine from other leading sports nutrition manufacturers. I liked it, the product is working and also a great price. Recommend.

4Gives a very bad smell to any bottle you use to mix or drink out of and stains, scoop to small Goes Well With:Not really the best with anything in my opinion wouldn’t recollection tropical flavour doesn’t taste like tropical at all Sorry for being a karen just didn’t taste good;(

5Mixes well, tastes unreal too! Only down side is the resealable strip for the pouch broke on first opening...however takes nothing away from the taste Goes Well With:Water

New personal bests
5I’m a frequent gym goer, but still very inexperienced and getting the hang of things. Been training for around year now, but since gyms re-opened I’ve been very consistent with my workouts. However I found that despite trying my hardest for progressive overload I would always struggle to give myself that extra push on a higher weight, even when I would reduce reps. I’ve been adding creatine to my protein shake for around two weeks now and I have seen a major difference in my performance. I’ve surpassed the weight I previously struggled at, 45kgs and am now able to do 8 reps at 59kgs and 6 reps at 66kgs, whereas in the past doing more than 8 reps on 45kgs - for my final set was extremely difficult and trying to do anything more than 4 reps on 52kgs was near impossible. This is just the most noticeable difference I’ve seen in strength. This isn’t the best of reviews but all I can say is that if you’re looking for something to boost your workouts this is the thing to buy. A real game changer. Goes Well With:Milk, Impact whey
