doesnt mix
2I got the unflavoured creatine so I can mix it in with my protein shake, and it worked well for the week I took it, I was able to push myself and hit new PR's, however this stuff does NOT mix well at all, bit of a shame as this could easily be a 5* product!Goes Well With:water

Too Sweet
1I useally go for the unflavored powder but I ran out and decided to try this raspberry flavor(I dont know what I was thinking) ... Anyway this powder is so sweet it hurt my stomech. I reccomend to stay with the unflevour one for that type of supplment, If you feel adventures please go ahead and try it !!!

5frequent buyer of thus creatine. I definitely see the difference from when I use it and when I cycle off. Can't go wrong wit this Goes Well With:protein shakes

Creatine Monohydrate Powder
5This creatine is an amazing, very small amount you need to take 3g to 5g a day. The unflavored version you can take with everything: smoothie, juices, whey protein, water, etc. Give me more energy with my workout, very happy and very impressed with it. I will recommend it to everyone. Also price-wise is good. Goes Well With:Goes well with water, milk, any liquid.
