Great and cheap!
5This is an excellent supplement - v. cheap, health benefits range from helping build muscle to cognitive, and probably one of (if not THE) most research verified supplements out there! So, when it's so cheap, why wouldn't you? I prefer the unflavoured powder version. The tablets are quite big, and often kinda chalky. If you have the powdered version, and unflavoured, mix it in water and you can barely notice it's there! Or add it to your post-workout protein shake, or your own PWO (even the bought PWOs often include creatine). It's an incredibly versatile supplement!

Good - Tropical
4Although all of the powder doesn’t dissolve in water the creatine still tastes good and don’t need a mixer. The only cons would be that it stains clear water bottles and leaves a yellow surface stain on teeth but not permanent. Goes Well With:Only water

5Great value for money. Noticed extra energy almost immediately after adding to my diet. 1rm went up accordingly. Expected weight gained in water. Easily dissolves in hot beverages and is tolerable in cold water if it's all you have. Would definitely recommend.Goes Well With:Decaff Coffee

Overall: Fantastic
5The quality of the product per the price, is unquestionably worth it. The creatine certainly boosts energy amounts throughout my day and everything from the packaging to the taste is top notch. The mixability is certainly not bad by any means but it can take a decent amount of shaking sometimes if you wish it to be fully dissolved. The berry burst flavour was a great taste and though I wouldn't recommend it, even having it raw satisfies me 🤣. Overall I wouldn't change anything!Goes Well With:Fresh Green tea

4Definitely mixes and has no taste added to your drink. I find it helps be pre workout especially! Goes Well With:I have it with water or in my protein shake! Can never taste it!
