No taste or texture
5Just put it in some water and you're done. No need to shake or blend you can just swill it in your bottle or cup. It makes a difference to endurance at the gym. Is it a placebo? Maybe. Does it matter if the results are the same? Not to me. The price is good for the amount you get.

Creatine monohydrate reveiw
5Extremely happy with this product it's simple cheap and effective and most importantly tastes good. I've got the tropical flavour and it is basically like drinking fruit juice. I have it immediately after a workout or on the days I'm not training I try and aim to have it at around lunch time. I have one small scope every day and have seen amazing performance gains all for a very reasonable price. Goes Well With:Water Any fruit based drinks

Creating powder
5I have never used any creative Powder before in my training however this creative is a good fine Blend and easy to mix it has no taste which is good for me and the result are already showing on my body after a month is use. Big quality bag and good amount for the prices Goes Well With:Strawberry & cream protein

All good but a few worries
4Been taking this for around a month, I have noticed some slight increases in strength however this could just be due to progressive overload. Taste is decent (I have blue raspberry flavour) and is good value for money. However an issue I’ve found that my girlfriend pointed out to me was that I was having mood swings and being a bit more aggressive and touchy, only started once I started taking creative and I have found that it can be a side effect. Overall a good product for money and would recommend however just be careful.Goes Well With:Water

4Mixes extremely well, I mix mine with my protein shake, Cost is spot on, Not used it long enough to be able to say how much of a difference it’s making but so far so good. Goes Well With:Whey protein
