Cheap and effective
5A great effective product at a great price. Mixes perfectly with just about anything but doesn’t taste great if you just have it with water. I like to take my mine with preworkout or with my morning shake.Goes Well With:Gains

Packaging Is Garbage
1The product itself is great. However this new packaging is garbage. Doesn't seal. These should come with free tub. Waste of money.

So far so good
5Super easy to use, I take it around half an hour before each work out. So far I’m breaking through personal bests at a faster rate than before and find I can do more and be much more effective while in the gym. Just make sure you stay hydrated! This is the only thing I’ve found, it makes you incredibly thirsty. Which is easily counteracted by just keep piling in the water. Goes Well With:Just water, pre work out protein shake

Great product, but bad taste and hard to mix
5This is a great product and I have found that it works really well and has many benefits, but it doesn’t have the best taste if you drink with water (like suggested) and I found it hard to mix.

Great stuff! (Unflavoured)
5I bought the huge horse tablets at first and this is a welcome change. It’s super fine like icing sugar. I noticed when drinking just in water, it has a slight bitter after taste. So I just mix with a tiny bit of juice. Really easy to take! Goes Well With:Water, juice, any desired beverage

5I went unflavoured to mix in with my bcaas. Mixes great and I feel like it definitely helps during my workouts Goes Well With:Bcaas strawberry and Lime
