Creatine mono hydrate
1Excellent delivery service. Been using this product for only a week can’t comment on how effective it is just the taste bought sour apple flavour oh my lord the taste is DISGUSTING it makes me feel sick with ever mouthful and so sweet my teeth tingle too. Had to bin it. Been a my protein member for years and bought lots of products from them, but this is rotten.Goes Well With:The bin

5Creatine Monohydrate is boring to drink before i try this product. the Mixability is amazing & taste is good Goes Well With:Water melon juice

5Not seen much in terms of results yet. but mixes well and I haven't noticed any change to the flavour of the liquids I have added it to.

Poor flavour
3Unfortunately this does not taste anything like sour apple. Instead it tastes like a cheap sweet with a hint of apple. Will be sticking to unflavoured and mixing with pre or whey instead. Shame.

5Fantastic value creatine. I add it to my morning coffee before training. Mixes well and tasteless. Goes Well With:Coffee, fruit juice or protein shake.
