Bought this product a few weeks ago in the berry blast and blue raspberry flavours. Personally I'm not keen on the berry blast flavour but love the blue raspberry. I didn't load on this product and just take 1 scoop of this stuff before my workout with water. Since using this product I have noticed a slight increase in strength and ability to exercise for longer - even my pt has noticed so love this stuff and would recommend to anyone - just avoid the berry blast.
