Take this supplement
5Second to whey protein, creatine is my go to supplement that I will always use. When I first used creatine I saw a much quicker improvement to my strength and my muscles gained a ‘fuller’ look. I regularly use the tropical flavour mixed with water prior to every workout and it taste’s great, very much like a tropical cordial.Goes Well With:Mix in with water

Overall good product
4A bit hard to actually drink as it doesn't mix too well, but if you stir and drink it quickly that works fine. Other than that the product is great and definitely recommend.
