False Advertising
1You’d think based on the huge title that 1 capsule is 3000mg creatine, well it’s not. 3 capsules is 3000mg!!! Each capsule is huge, and they make it seem like 1 serving is 1 capsule, and then in the small character in the back you see that the serving amount is 3, would not recommend.

5These pills are so convenient to get your daily dose of Creatine. I take my 30mins before a workout and I’ve noticed the increased levels of energy in the gym. Agree with most comments on here you must get your 3L of water inside you to not only reap the benefits but keep you hydrated throughout the day. I also mix mine with the Impact Whey Powder 💪

Huge 3 daily pills that are tough to swallow
2I didn’t like it at all. I had many different Creatine solutions - powder, pills, capsules. This one is shaped in a way that is very hard to swallow and you need to take 3 a day, which makes every day a pain. Avoid these, just get other products that doesn’t make every day a pain.

Hard to Swallow
3Huge pills that are really difficult to swallow even with adequate water. Got stuck in my throat quite a few times. Goes Well With:A lot of water

5Tablets themselves are fairly large so would recommend breaking in half at least. Goes Well With:Protein shake

5There has definitely been a difference from when I’ve been taking the tablets and it’s a very good difference. Tablets are easy to take and honestly worth the money
