Makes life easier
5Been a while since I have used creatine wasn't looking for size or an increase in strength, just wanted training and recovery to be a little easier.. Started off with 2 and didn't notice much if any difference after a month I went onto 3 and definitely find it easier to get through my sessions, definitely doing more sets and my strengths increased slightly. Recovery period seems shorter especially when you consider I am doing more work I am 53 trained consistently 30+ years so need something these days Yes I would recommend these and yes I have purchased another tub Goes Well With:Keeping up with your teenage son

Easy to swallow. Does what Creatine should.
5I take three of these first thing every morning. They’re easy to swallow and have no taste. I prefer these to powder as they’re more convenient.

1The creatine tablets are way too big to be able to swallow, additionally having to have 3 massive tablets daily is a bit much to do. One tablet would be better if that was possible to reach the daily dosage that's recommended.

5Tablets make it very easy to consume consistently and doesn’t taste bland or anything. Good price for very effective creatine.

4Creatine in possibly a more convenient way than powder shakes. Big tablets but I didn't have an issue with swallowing them. No appreciable difference digestion wise for me. I think the recommended dose per day is slightly on the low side.
