4The tablets are too big to swallow. I haven't seen the effect of the supplement yet because it's just 2 weeks since I took it the first time. Hope it works for me.

Good for people who can’t drink it
4If you struggle to mix creatine with water and still want a way to take creatine this would work great. The pills are pretty large but go down fairly easy and have no taste.
