Great product to improve performance in the gym
4Really recommend for those who are looking for supplements to improve recovery, lifting and performance. The tablets are fairly big but after taking for a few days you get used to this. The tablets don't leave a taste or texture in your mouth either.Goes Well With:With water or squash!

4Looked at different types of creatine and these suit me. The tablets are on the large side but easy to break and doesn't have a taste to them Only been using for a few weeks but I have noticed changes in performance and body

Expire in 5 months
1My Protien sent a batch that expires in only 6months. When I called them they said that it was acceptable because they assumed one would be following the daily recommended dosage. Really disappointing.

Creatine tablets
3I don’t like the taste of creatine powder so these tablets are really good for me. They’re quite chunky to swallow but I generally find them easy enough to swallow whole with water

5The can already see the results in taking this supplement. I feel stronger and have the pumped appearance. Only thing I would change is the texture of the tablets little chalky for me Goes Well With:The pre workout + orange & mango
