Standard creatine, pills are pretty big
4just regular creatine as described, pills are pretty big but possible to swallow with water.

Great Value for Money!
5These were a great price and will last me a while. I've only just started using creatine after 2.5 years of consistent training and really notice the difference in muscle definition and recovery on these :)

A potential staple
5I initially had a headache after I started taking these for a few days due to not drinking enough water (especially in the summer heat). It went away afterwards and feels fine now. Packaging is pretty straight forward and a bit barebones. Doesn't really taste like anything which makes sense. Pills themselves are quite big but easy to ingest. Can't really speak about long-term effects but my workouts feel more productive at least. If theres one thing you should take away from this, please drink enough water and save yourself from a headache (it dehydrates you). Goes Well With:Water, lots of it

5Got this instead of powder and have just been a lot easier and quicker fore me to take and I also had some bad reactions to powder but I’ve felt good taking the tablets good buy Goes Well With:I swallow them with milk

4I think it’s way better than the powder because the powder doesn’t really dissolve and just sits at the bottom of a drink. Tastes like nothing which is good

Good quality to price
5Best type of creatine in my opinion, researched, cheap, and most importantly it works! 5 tablets a day are definitely enough. I don't think it's different to other creatine brands to be fair, but it doesn't mean it's bad. I swallow 5 tablets with my other vitamins together with oats, oat milk, banana and 30g of protein. Taking them with this shake is perfect, no problems whatsoever. Although you can take 5 at once with water if you want to have an amazing time.
