Tablet form really helps as the powder is a little to difficult to stomach for me. Start to feel the benefit after 5 - 7 days of taking the recommended dosage. Brilliant
Goes Well With:
I always couple my supplements with Myprotein whey protein white chocolate flavour, but there are various nice flavours!
