5Been taking this a weeks so far so haven’t noticed a massive effect yet. I have the unflavoured as I mix it with an amino drink. It mixes well but if you don’t drink it quick I can see it sit at the bottom of my shaker.

The unflavoured is undrinkable!
1The taste of the unflavoured is absolutely disgusting. Overpowers even the tastiest smoothie and I can still taste it an hour later. Made me feel quite sick. Can't rate the product as can't stomach it again!

5I been using it for the past couple of years, it’s very good and mixes, I use one with no flavour because e my protein and BCCA is flavoured.
