Insoluble and unpalatable.
2It is like trying to drink sand - completely insoluble, blending proves to be very difficult (goes into a froth that doesn't settle), and is like getting grit stuck between your teeth. Also has an unpleasant taste. I was recommended to go for the Creapure branding by a friend; historically I used bulk mixed berry which seemed superior in every way.

The best creatine
5I feel like this is the best creatine that works for me when I first tried it and saw the results they were insane my focus was a lost better I had a slight strength improvement and my physique looked better. I’ve tried different creatines before and not really saw improvements like this one, I like how you can mix it with anything too I highly recommend.Goes Well With:Protein shakes, juice, milk

3I haven’t been using this product long enough to know wether or not it is has been effective enough. The one thing I haven’t enjoyed is that no matter how much you shake, it doesn’t dissolve very well and collects in the bottom of the shakerGoes Well With:Clear whey isolate flavoured
