Filling
5I had gastric sleeve surgery last year and through using these bats to supplement have so far lost 7 stones. The bars i tend to use half for one snack and half for another. So its good i can split so eadily. They really do fill a gap if im hungry and sustain till mealtime. They ate definitely ingrained in my diet and have my adult son and partner using thrm too. Best is choc hazelnut.

Chocolate loving sweet tooth seal of approval
5For a chocolate loving sweet tooth queen these are my new go too for a treat. Unreal taste 🙌love them. Being on photo shoot prep on reduced kcals and carbs but I make sure to have one of these every night! I am addicted they are unreal for a protein snack 🙌🙌Goes Well With:A cup of tea

4Really tasty but be warned for the crumbs!! It has a light airy texture with a smooth chocolate base and melts in the mouth as well as keeping you full with 15g protein , a perfect on the go snack or post gym !!

5These are sooo good! Good sweet hit to curb that sweet tooth. Not too heavy to eat as a snack before or after a meal. Goes Well With:Have crunched up to replace granola on high protein yoghurt.
