Diet protein blend
5Vanilla flavour is the most creamiest loveliest protein taste I have ever tried , i mixes lovely , with no gritty bits , I have been taking this for over 1 year , as it’s designed for women who want to stay lean , it does exactly what it says on the packet . And coming in at only 98 calories per serving it’s perfect for when you are watching the calories . I love this protein powder and will continue with it . Goes Well With:Water or milk

5Always get this flavour and I love it. Tastes great & not only does it help with my protein levels but also my iron levels as well. Definitely recommend for women.

A little thin but well worth it
4Product is a little thinner when mixing. Have to use a bit more than recommended if you want the thickness. Otherwise can’t fault product! It’s affordable and tastes good. Thank you

Love this stuff
5Low calories high protein with a boat load of vitamins. Mixes Bette than anything I have ever used as it is a very fine powder. I mix with water in a shaker bottle and after about 5-10 seconds shaking it’s perfect. I recently tried the strawberries and cream flavor which was okay. Weirdly seems to make a much larger shake with the same amount of water as the vanilla does!?!?Goes Well With:I mix the vanilla with water to keep the calories down which tastes fine. I did this with the strawberries and cream but think you might need to use milk with the S&C to get the full flavor.

Made into hot chocolate
5Decided to add a few drops of white chocolate flavdrops and heat in microwave. Very nice 3 drops of flavdrop 250ml semi skimmed milk And the powder Gives you under 230 cals and 29g of protine. Remember to heat on low for no longer that 1.5 minutesGoes Well With:Milk and flavdrops

Just what I need
5Even though this is marketed towards women, it has exactly what I need which is low calorie but with a decent amount of protein in. Currently on a calorie deficit, so getting in protein with low calorie supplements means this item is perfect. It mixes up really well and the taste is fine, I’d prefer a chocolate flavour but thats just my personal preference. Goes Well With:Water

5If you want to lose weight and have an easy mixing, delicious tasting, protein powder then look no further! Whether mixed with almond milk or added to my overnight oats I literally use this protein powder everyday! Delicious! I will never buy any other protein powder again!
