5Bought these supplements to curve the cramps during extreme exercise And to give a boost wish I had been taking them sooner feel better now and don't suffer from the cramp as before. Two tables daily easy as that. Highly recommendGoes Well With:Also goes well with my whey protein shakes

5I train 2 hours a day, hour cardio and an hour weights, so really do expend a lot of sweat, mixed in with my Keto diet these tablets are great for restoring lost body salts and keep me balanced for the day

Best electrolytes in the market
5I use electrolytes daily. It's my most important supplement. These electrolytes are the best in value -the cheapest - with the best dosage per tablet. I stock up on these when there's a sale. The tablets are not too big and are easy to swallow.Goes Well With:Low carb diets. Alcohol (helps prevent hangovers/headaches)!
