I can feel a difference...
My recovery time has improved since I started taking these about 6 weeks ago. DOMS are definitely more bearable and as someone in their 40s, this makes a big difference to my quality of life during the days after a heavy workout. Goes Well With:Any drink.

Bcaa 2:1:1 tablets
I was expecting these to be as big as torpedoes but actually they aren't that bad, very easy to swallow with very little to no taste. Superb product yet again from Myprotein 👍👌

100% effective
I have been using these tablets now for over 12 months and 100% can see the benefits in terms of less muscle tiredness. I think it gives me the extra 1% I have been looking for. My workouts consist of a mix of long distance trail running and weight sessions. 👍🏻

I have used powder form before but these are easy,maybe a big tablet but easy to swallow,I have noticed that my recovery is much quicker now taking these would highly recommend.

Better than powder
Although these are quite big tablets I prefer them over all BCAA powders I've tried...artificial sweeteners in the powder cause painful bloating. Too soon to rate effectiveness

Does the job
I take two before training and 1 after. Make sure you drink plenty of water or it can make you feel a bit bloated if taken everyday. But overall it’s very good.
