5I have the tropical flavour at the moment, which tastes ok. I don't find that it mixes particularly well, so have to shake everytime I want to take a drink - but this does not stop the effectiveness of th product.

5Always use bcaa and with the 4.1.1 ratio its the most affective for me. Goes Well With:Whey protein and isolate

5Absolutely love the bcca it’s doing a brilliant job already can definitely see a difference, best product I’ve ever bought Goes Well With:I put it in my shake as it’s unflavoured and gives me a bit of a boost
