5Find this really helps with my joints, particularly my knees which I have often had problems Goes Well With:Taken straight as tablet, taste is non existent unless capsule pops

5I’ve tried so many so these vitamins and these hands down haft to be the best , normally I get sick of them but these are the best highly highly recommend!! Thanks my protein Goes Well With:Anything I pop mine in soon as I wake up and go to bed!!

Good supplement
5Slightly large capsules, noticeable but not bad taste if you keep in your mouth for more than a few seconds. I take before bed and have noticed a bit more energy in the morning.

5Didn't quite realise how many capsules 1000 was so the package arriving was quite comical. My only issue is that there is a lot of air space in the container, meaning a lot of excess packaging.
