Worked a treat for me!
5I piled on a lot of weight after a car accident 12 years ago and then a promotion at work which left me sitting at my desk for the majority of my day for around 7 years. Needless to say, my joints suffered badly from lack of movement, extra strain from the weight and aging in general. I'm a lot lighter now but was left with 'crunchy' knees which hurt going down stairs, etc. I tried other supplements, exercise, you name it and nothing worked. I've been taking these alongside Glucosamine Sulphate for a month now and the difference is nothing short of amazing. Would recommend to anyone having issues like mine. Goes Well With:Any drink.

Amazing product
5Complete beneficial, seen such a difference in a short period of time I can’t eat fish to get those vitamins naturally so these are perfect for getting those in Goes Well With:Best with juice or water

5They are good value for money, I take them to help with my migraines and joint pains, yes they work. I would recommend. I do get some after repeating so best after food.

4Omega 3 tablets, does what it says on the tin. Pretty large so maybe not for those who have trouble swallowing tablets.

5Very easy to swallow with a liquid, effective, and doesn't taste or smell like fish. I've been taking two per day, I'm ordering new pack and will start take 3 on daily basis. Goes Well With:Water after a meal
