5Capsule is good and so far doesn’t stick to others in the pot. If taken around meal time there is no after taste either. Good for the price.

4Nothing really to say, fair prices supplement that has no taste, they’re easy enough to swallow for me. Not really sure on the effectiveness but I hardly eat fish so I’m sure they’re helpingGoes Well With:Water

4Very easy to digest, no problems swallowing. The capsules do not stick together unlike other makes I have tried. i take 3 soft gels every morning along with my other MP supplements and since using them my overall health and well being has improved. Goes Well With:Water, juice, clear whey isolate

4I got it in good promotionsal price so for a start it sounds great. The capsules it self as usual a quiet big but smooth at the same time. I unfortunately do struggle to swallow big tablets. That is why l couldn't give 5*
